MDS’s ability to successfully deliver contingent workforce placement services is truly, only as solid as the cohesive team that delivers that service. Our sales, recruiting and back-office administrative staff not only shares the same desire to provide quality in the service they deliver, but they live it! Our Infrastructure/ Recruiting Processes
The same philosophy and business model that we use to identify the right internal staff to deliver service is the same approach we use when identifying IT candidates for placement within our corporate clientele on a contingent basis. Our recruiting processes are managed with a powerful Artificially Intelligent system called Job Diva. This system infrastructure allows us to identify and fill our clients staffing needs nationally regardless of the skills needed or location of the job itself. The supporting system provides extreme efficiency throughout the recruiting process and on a volume basis.
Our Subject Matter Expertise
Many firms focus on the value and/or success of their service to be based on a particular niche focus or expertise in a technology. Perhaps as a “solutions based” provider that may be something that significantly contributes to successful service delivery. However, MDS has learned through its successes and failures, that delivering contingent workforce placement services by focusing on a particular technology is not the key to success. MDS does have a stronger concentration of placements in the areas of Web Development, Project Managers and Network Infrastructure Support, but by no means has found that to be the factor that differentiates us from others in the same client service space. Our ability to identify technical talent based on skills, rates and geographical preferences has nothing to do with a particular focus on a technology discipline. It is directly attributed to our staff, our supporting infrastructure and associated processes, as well as our unwavering commitment to making an investment of time and

Our Value Added Services
MDS has made and continues to understand the importance of investing in our customer’s business objectives. For example: if we know through working directly or indirectly (through a VMO process) with a client, that a particular customer’s business objectives are being driven by a particular technology whereby hiring contingent workers to support that technology will be a major factor (i.e. Siebel, SAP, ITIL, etc.), MDS has adjusted service delivery to accommodate such objectives. This commitment to our client’s needs has proven to be extremely valuable and has paid a significant ROI.
