Michele founded MDS in 1992 after 7 years of professional experience in the technology sector. Her focus has always been on developing the right relationship with the customer and building the right team to accelerate MDS’s presence in the marketplace. These commitments established a solid foundation for the company.

Currently, Michele oversees the administration and finances of MDS. She works closely with the accounting and back-office staff supervising and assisting the operations and staff of MDS. She is involved in all business decisions and contract negotiations.

Prior to MDS, Michele was involved in leading and managing high-growth sales and consulting organizations in the information technology services industry. Michele experienced the demands placed on professionals in the IT services sector while founding and managing a successful enterprise within the same market sector. She is an active member in the Association for Women in Technology and a strong advocate and participant in the Women Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).

Dan Plenzo

In the course of a distinguished career that began in 1983, Daniel Plenzo has personally supervised thousands of successful IT searches and business solutions. Starting as a Data Communications Engineer with one of the Nation’s largest computer consulting firms in the industry, he quickly rose to the title of Area Manager for the Company’s entire East Coast. One of its top producers, he spearheaded the start-up of a new division specializing in IT Consulting/IT Staffing.

Daniel left the firm in 1992 to help establish Micro-Data Systems, Inc. with his wife and partner, Michele. Daniel brought his past experiences to MDS where his visionary leadership and pioneering approach has enabled MDS to provide the highest quality staffing solutions while flexibly responding to clients’ ever-changing needs. Under Daniel’s direction, MDS has grown to more than 80 employees in two locations and has enjoyed 25% growth year-over-year since 1992.

Daniel has been dedicated to the growth and integrity of the staffing industry and the professional development of its members for more than two decades. He is a tireless advocate who continues to play prominent roles in local, state, and national personnel associations.

Keeran V Persaud

Keeran Persaud, MDS Sr. Vice President, possesses over 10 years of experience in all aspects of the IT services and IT staffing industries. She has been extremely successful in developing long-term business partnerships with large corporate clients. Keeran is a recognized expert in Managed Service Provider programs and related Vendor Management System processes that more effectively manage the use of large contingent workforces. She is also the Director of Supplier Diversity responsible for managing all efforts within MDS related to our diversity status (WMBE, WBE, SBE, etc.).

Embracing the concept of a single point of contact relationship, Keeran’s ongoing mission is to develop, coordinate and manage relationships with our customers through providing value-added services. She is spearheading the convergence of the Professional Services and Staffing Solutions’ sales organizations. As a result of Keeran’s keen understanding of our clients’ business and her attention to detail, she is viewed by all MDS clients as a highly valued partner.

Keeran’s knowledge of the industry is quite unique – combining a deep understanding of IT staffing and services along with delivery processes and customer service excellence. , She manages large accounts focused on contract staffing/contingent workforce placement services. She has been responsible for all aspects of new business development and account management for SMB and large companies. Keeran has successfully implemented and continues to manage various business development and service delivery campaigns involving Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Security Audits and Data Center Relocation services. She supervises customer relationship teams that understand what it truly means to develop and maintain value-added partnerships with customers.

Jennifer Fagan
Controller

During her 15 years in the Public Accounting sector, Jennifer began working with Micro-Data Systems, Inc. as an outside accountant providing tax and accounting support. In Public Accounting, she was responsible for tax, accounting, and audit work on multiple clients simultaneously. She also managed and mentored accounting staff.

Jennifer joined MDS in 2007 as the Company’s controller. As controller, she oversees the finances, human resources, and organization of the company. She is involved in the acquisition of new customers, negotiating contracts, and negotiating financing for MDS.

Jennifer received her BS degree in accounting from Georgian Court University, Lakewood, NJ. She is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA).
